Job Description

2) R&D Engineer – Physical Interface Architect
Job Description
The candidate must have a strong background in physical interface design for memory controllers, preferably has some knowledge in 3D integration technologies.
The purpose of this job is to be an integral part of a project team designing next-generation PHY designs for 3D Integrated Circuits at ARM.
